Gauge: Not that important for a blanket, but if you wish: ~4.5 stitches per inch ~6 rows per inch Stitch Explanation: st(s)—stitch(es) Note: This blanket is designed for an average sized cat or small dog. A larger dog would fare better knitted with super bulky yarn on size 15 or 17 needles. Pattern: Cast on 100 sts. P 1 row. Switch to pattern, maintaining a St st border of 2 sts on each edge. Work chart four times. K 1 row. Cast off. Weave in loose ends; block.
