Gauge:
Not that important since it's just a scarf, but if you wish:
~3.5 stitches per inch
~6 rows per inch

Stitch Explanation:
K—knit
P—purl
st(s)—stitch(es)

Pattern:
Cast on 18 sts.

Work in K1P1 rib till end. Cast off. Weave in ends; block.
