I had two different shades of yarn leftover from the Pickle hat I'd made for SSM. Lacking enough in either shade to make a complete hat, I combined them both to make a dark pink hat with a light pink band. I would have preferred a light pink hat with a dark pink band, not that it matters since I dislike pink and won't be wearing this hat anyway. I suppose some little girl will get some enjoyment out of it, though. |
