First and foremost—This page, being a rather special part of the knitting section, has garnered so much attention I've had to create a FAQ for it. I suggest you start with that.
Also, if you randomly linked to this page on a quest for something about Klein bottles or Moebius strips and know nothing about knitting, the about knitting page might help. The patterns for the scarf and hat are linked below. Creating the image files for the charts for them was almost as annoying as knitting the Moebius scarf was, so you'll read it and like it. There are also some crappy pictures of the freshly knitted hat and scarf and me modeling them (if by "modeling" you mean "looking incredibly dorky and didn't take more than one shot of each pose").
