Cheese Stuffed Apples


3 ounces softened cream cheese
1 1/3 ounces Camembert cheese
1 tablespoon dry white wine
4 medium apples, cored

Beat cheeses and wine with electric or rotary beater till smooth. Scoop out insides of apples leaving shells about 1/2 inch thick. Fill with cheese mixture; chill 2 to 3 hours. Cut in wedges.
