10 jalapeños
1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese, grated
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped tomato
dash comino
dash chili powder
dash salt
1 cup bread crumbs
Wearing protective gloves, halve, seed, and devein the jalapeños. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Mix together remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs; stuff jalapeños. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or till bread crumbs are golden and crispy.
Note: Use care when moving jalapeños from sheet to plate so they do not crumble.
