4 ounces cream cheese
8 slices bacon
Wearing protective gloves, halve and seed the jalapeños. Fill each jalapeño with half an ounce cream cheese; then wrap each cheese-stuffed pepper in one slice bacon. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or till bacon is golden.
