Cut chicken into chunks; place in oven bag. Set aside. Stir together butter, Cholula sauce, paprika, salt, and cayenne. Pour into oven bag. Hold bag close and shake to coat chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes. Drain the marinade from the bag, and place the bag in an oven-proof dish. Bake in a 350°F 30 minutes or till chicken is white through. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. |
