Chocolate Mousse


6 ounces sweet chocolate
1 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup coffee
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 quart whipping cream

Place chocolates and coffee in top of double broiler (I don't have one--it's okay to cheat and improvise) over simmering water and heat until chocolate is melted and well blended.

Beat yolks and sugar. Add chocolate mixture and beat well.

Whip the cream. Mix it well with the chocolate mixture. Put in a 2-qt. mold and place it in the refrigerator to harden. Serve with whipped cream sprinkled with grated chocolate.
