1 cup frozen yogurt (1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt + 1/4 cup sugar, stirred well, and frozen)
3/4 cup chopped mango
2 basil leaves
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon flax seed
milk and/or crushed ice
Combine all ingredients except milk/ice in blender. Purée, stirring in milk and/or ice till reaches desired consistency.
