Deviled Eggs



Deviled eggs


6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and halved lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Remove the egg yolks and mash together with remaining ingredients. Spoon the mashed filling back into the holes in the egg whites. Chill before serving.
