2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons milk
salt
cracked black pepper
1/2 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
2 or 3 fresh basil leaves
sprig fresh dill (optional)
4 or 5 olives
2 tablespoons crumbled feta or goat cheese
Melt the butter in a skillet. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Add to skillet and cook till just set. Add tomato, basil, dill, and olives. Cook till eggs are done. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
