1 cup macaroni
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horse radish
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and finely chopped or shredded
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
dash paprika and/or cayenne
Cook and drain the macaroni.
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill at least four hours.
