15 ounces black beans
15 ounces yellow corn
15 ounces white corn
15 ounces tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 avocado
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 small red onion, chopped (optional)
green onions, sliced (optional)
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Toss all ingredients except lime juice and olive oil together. Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over top; chill if desired; serve.
