Pico de Gallo


2 medium tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
2 serrano chiles, finely chopped and seeded
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Serve at once.
