Oven Fried Fish


1 pound fish fillets
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cut fillets in serving pieces. Dip in milk and roll in bread crumbs. Place in well-greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drizzle melted butter over fish and bake at 500° 10 to 12 minutes or till fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
