2 pounds ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon comino
1 teaspoon oregano
1 chile pepper in adobo
30 ounces white beans, such as navy beans
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro with more to garnish
salt and white pepper to taste
1/4 ounce Ibarra chocolate (optional)
Heat oil in stockpot. Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except for chocolate. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer about twenty minutes. Add chocolate, melt, and stir. Serve garnish with cilantro.
