Bean Burrito

one burrito-sized flour tortilla
3 tablespoons warm refried beans
some shredded cheddar cheese
Cholula sauce
pinch of cilantro leaves
1 chopped black olive
1 tablepoon chopped tomato
sour cream

Note: Put all ingredients in the middle of the tortilla in a small mound.

Place the flour tortilla on a plate and put the beans on it. Sprinkle the hot sauce and cilantro leaves evenly over the beans, and arrange the olive and tomato bits evenly over that. Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheddar cheese over that and put the sour cream on top of the cheese.

To fold: Fold two 'sides' of the burrito over the middle (these will form the closed ends of the finished burrito). Then fold the bottom edge of the burrito up to meet the top and then pull/pinch the formerly-bottom, now-top edge under the ingredients in the middle. You should now have a wrapped burrito with closed-in ends. Flip it over (if necessary) to put the 'loose' edge underneath.

Microwave for 30 seconds and serve.
